What should I do with ten quarts of M1 Euro 0w40?

+1 for the ranger...the m1 will go down to 30 viscosity within a few thousand miles (mine was at 30 viscosity when I changed the oil at 1 yr / 5k, using the same oil, per Blackstone analysis)...or as others suggested, return them to Walmart and get a gift card for other oils.

I wouldn't use it any of your vehicles. I think you should ship it to my house and I'll make sure it gets disposed of properly. ;) :ROFLMAO:

It might take me a bit to dispose of it though as last count showed 94 qts of other versions.

And my condolences for the loss of a nice vehicle. Hopefully no major issues for you physically.

As someone else said - that Mobil1 Euro does shear down to 30 weight oil with use
Since you say the Ranger does not see much use - would be a waste to put this premium oil in that (unless you plan to drive it more often)
Since you other 3 cars see a lot of driving - it would be fine to use it all in any one them (without mixing) - would be enough for 2 oil changes likely and be done in less than a year. Since they all spec a 20 weight oil - you are just going up one grade - which shouldn't be any problem anyway.

I bought years ago before covid 18 - 24 qts of M1 0W-40 for use in my S4. Since I'm not driving it anymore and won't be for the foreseeable future, I'm trying to figure out what to do with it. My choices are a 2019 Impreza, 2018 Legacy (I have enough 0W-20 for both of these cars already to last 3-4 years) and a 2014 CRV. I also have enough for the next 5-6 OCs for this car. I guess if I do decide to use it in any car, it would be the CRV since the other 2 are still under warranty and I don't like the idea of giving Subaru any excuse to deny warranty based on oil used, if they would do such a thing. I already have a possible issue with them since I buy multiple jugs at a time and do my own changes with the only documentation being a picture of the mileage when I do it. No constant receipts around.

Eight quarts of that would cover a full oil change for me—and it’s **** good stuff, too. The only time I ever used Mobil 1 was during the first three free oil changes after I bought my Chevy. I had three more lined up, but the dealership kept screwing up my car every time I went in, so I said screw it and walked away from the rest.

After that, I switched to Red Line, then later to Maxima. Eventually, I found this forum, learned about HPL, and I’ve been running that ever since. No regrets, and no more dealership drama. 🫣

I had a Volvo S40 T5 for a few years. It was a pretty fun car, although I could have appreciated a smoother, quieter ride. I always used some kind of Euro oil in it, although I guess it wasn't required by the owner's manual. So I had a couple of jugs of 0w40 Mobil 1 Euro in my cabinet, ready for the next change.

Anyway, it had a run-in with a guardrail a few months ago:

What should I do with 10 quarts of this oil, I guess it's pretty good stuff.

The cars I have, and the recommended oil:

2019 Honda Accord Hybrid (0w20)
2016 Honda Pilot (0w20)
2010 Toyota Prius (0w20)
1997 Ford Ranger (5w30)

All these cars are running well and as far as I can tell they are pretty clean inside.

The Ranger doesn't see a lot of use (maybe I should get historic plates?). The other three are all racking up miles pretty fast, 15k a year or more with plenty of highway miles, easy life for a car engine.

Mix in a quart of 0w40 with each oil change? Use it in the lawnmower? Try to sell it with my Volvo oil filters and PS fluid on Marketplace?
Send it to me and I’ll pay ya for it. Don’t waste it
