Yeah, the termonolgy changed from globall warmming to climate change so that no matter what happens to the long term climate they can claim that their theories were right and keep getting the funding they so despertly deserve.

Four inches of rain here, temps in the low 40's, and all creeks and rivers out of the banks.

Just about everyone I know down here keeps their house and car at a comfy 75 or cooler temperature all year long..Most have a service contact where the a/c guy will be at the house in 24 hours or less if the a/c dies.
Mold [in my neck of the woods] is a big issue if the A/C is not on as the dew point stays in the upper 70's [or higher] from May-November.

This was last night after I plowed the driveway. Had about 6-8" at that time, and a lot more since then. Probably around 16" total. Left for work at 4:00 this morning, and it would have been impossible to go anywhere if I didn't have 4 wheel drive.
You guys can complain all you want; each time it snows here, I go outside and do a rain/snow dance in prayer and thankness to the rain gods. If we don't get massive precipitation, the entire state/western US is going up in a raging inferno this summer, and reservoirs like Lake Mead will get dangerously low.
Looks like more storms coming down the pike into next week.
It's not like we've had seasonal patterns like this before; I can't believe people are saying global warming this, global cooling that. I can't believe how short people's memories are.

Someone should create a water pipeline across the US, so that the areas with surplus water can ship it off to areas where there is a drought happening (like here in Colorado). Just run the pipeline next to the major interstates, and it can reach everywhere in the US with ease.
