In my humble opinion, you certainly can't communicate anything like that with your vehicle, or even with a single finger. Any message you make with a digit or with your vehicle is not received as intended.
Personally, I used to be a horn-honker or a light-flasher, but I don't even do that anymore; it's just not worth it. It really only adds to aggression on the road and even a light tap on the horn doesn't seem to produce a result. In fact, it often produces a hand gesture back...so in the end, what did any of it accomplish?
I'm afraid the best way of communication is actual conversation, and that's impossible while on the road. So turn up the radio, chill out, and drive to arrive.
I've also found that a good spritizing of the washers on my Sonata causes enough overspray that they have to clean their windshields. Harmless enough that it doesn't look deliberate but I've inconvenienced the SOB camped out in the left lane doing 53mph. And I have a clean windshield to boot.
