That did cross my mind ,but I have moved my wiper blades down as far as possible. I have no clue why ford had them park so high on the windshield. So far I have not had them fly on my.

I like the Anco's also.

I just swipe the blade edge with alcohol and a paper towel before they go on. I replace mine twice a year (spring and fall), and don't really miss the fact that refills are generally sold to frustrate the installer. So that's why just replacement blades period.
