Spinach and spring mix salad. Roasted Brussels sprouts, squash, mixed greeen peppers and onions, then smoked them for bit. Downright delicious.
Simple food
3 egg omelette with jalapeño, bell peppers kale and garlic. Smoothie of kale and spinach/spring mix, tofu, mom’s homemade peanut butter almond milk cantaloupe and watermelon and blue and strawberries. Of to Karns for more tofu and spinach and some bbq pork rinds 
from the garden
