On this subject: Just yesterday I had my first Costco $1.50 hot dog special (because there was no line).
It being just "steam / hot water warmed" (or whatever they do) was disappointing.
"The one without ketchup…" <<None of them have ketchup that I can see (ha-ha)

4 is my lucky number, but si in pinyin Mandarin, 四 pronounced "siu" (more or less) = death or dead bad luck kind. So no burned or bloody ketchup dogs for me

I’m good with 2 through 5 to be honest. Although my favorite hot dog is a steamed hot dog so it’s not going to have any char marks on it at all
5+. But I gave up hot dogs - too much salt.

It’s actually a little bit scary if you look into how much sodium is in a Costco hot dog

Funny, I was just biting into a hot dog when I found this thread. Mine was about a #2 and delicious. Ate mine on a Keto bun - that neutralizes the fat and salt, right?
Do I have to eat them in order? 
i only eat the absolute cheapest stuff. taste the best
