I attempted to convert my $1.50 Costco food Court hot dog into a "kimchi" dog based on a hack l read about. l think l got the ratios wrong and added way too much mustard.

The ingredients are all from the food court:
-chopped hot dog onions (have to request at counter).
-relish
-mustard
-Ketchup
-red pepper flakes (pizza topping)

I combined and stirred all ingredients together. Not sure what the optimal ratios are. Pix of ingredients before and after are below. Attempt at your own risk.

Yup, I agree with you, total fail.

I mean, your picture is a sloppy dog.

The recipe is (in food court measurements):
2 cups onion
2 red pepper packets
3 pumps ketchup
1 pump mustard
1/2 pump relish

Do with that what you will.

Hot sauce on a hot dog isnt anything abnormal

Keychup, mustard, relish, hotbpepper flakes is going to taste no different than they ever taste, reduce the volume and dont mix them together.

If you want kimche you will have to psck your own.

You're never going to get the fermented cabbage flavor of kimchi without cabbage.

They stopped giving sauerkraut years ago.
Sauerkraut used to be the cheapest thing you can buy, lately it’s about the same price per pound as ground turkey, my guess is like everything it costs too much , too bad they don’t let pay a little more to get it

disgusting.

Its like when people mix ketchup, mayo, and mustard and it blows out the bottom of their burger bun.
/barf.

I do like most of the ingredients separately.

maybe segregated on each side of the dog would be ok.

a little stripe of ketchup and mustard on the sides topped with some onion and pepper flakes... put the relish under the dog?

But I give @Joe1 (y) for posting this ;)
