What are you eating right now?

Goat stew. Delicious. Wife had mussels and we shared the salad

Dinner tonight. Decided to agree to eat at home for once so dad can save money for my birthday dinner tomorrow and not leave the whole bill to me lol. I don’t like rotisserie chicken but I’m eating it. The corn and potatoes are amazing.

Don't put that service vessel in the microwave unless you're keen on growing a third superflous nipple...

Nice. With a few grains or meat, or nuts and seeds, a salad can be filling.
I'm an ecto-mesomorph that lifts weights.
I like a good salad don't get me wrong but I need the carbs (in this case Australian Calrose Brown Rice) to keep calories up. Not to worry, veggies are high on the priority list just not paramount in this particular bowl.

It's a mix of ground beef, chicken, and pork w/chickpeas. White cheddar and Lee-Kum-Kee Sriracha which I've found works better in certain applications than does Huy Fong's.

Comfort food, still cold here:(

All Costco Sunday night dinner, including what I believe was a very plump chicken for $4.99. French style steamed green beans, and cheese perogies. Very easy meal to make (and clean up), only extra ingredient needed for preparing was three tablespoons of canola oil to fry the perogies.

One note, cleaning the chicken and putting just the meat in a dish and placing the chicken back in the oven at a warm temperature works super well, and the leftovers are "turnkey".

Simple Homemade Vegetable-Tomato Soup
Using fresh and canned tomatoes as a base, I added red pepper, zucchini, green beans, corn, shredded carrots, and frozen peas plus a blend of ground chili peppers.

Had one of my least favorite things tonight. Spaghetti and meatballs. 😕. Not very good for me I personally don’t like pasta. But dad said I spent $100 on your birthday last night so we can have what I want tonight so I guess he had a fair point lol. Ate this much and I was done. Pasta is no good.

With a nice tall glass of wax!

Other than veggies and some other sides, made chicken breast and some drums on the Traeger. Always good and leftovers for tomorrow. Caveat, the lighting in this house sucks so it looks better in real life.

I have ribs and pork shoulder for later this week. I have a bag of cherry pellets waiting for a 12 hour cook for some pulled pork.
