What are you eating right now?

I cooked sirloin steak, rice, and asparagus. This was my 12 year old daughter's dinner request.

It's not easy, but it is simple, to keep net carbs down. But look at these numbers and then compare to the bag of crisps, those biscuits, cookies, pasta, bread. Holy cow. Some have more in half a serving than my goal for an entire day.
