No one knows all their ingredients and they skirt the “law” by not being FDA governed. Also most have creatine; so yeah…. No thanks
I’ll gladly enjoy a real smoothie and or low sodium v-8. Least I KNOW what’s in them. Energy swill raises your blood psi. Don’t start and tell me “that’s ok” cause it’s not.

Leftover Chili’s. We were supposed to go there for dinner but mom’s friend has a birthday tomorrow and didn’t want to wait on me to get home so they all went at around 4pm. Made me extremely angry as I wanted to try it. They just opened last Saturday. It’s really good food. Would have been better warm.
Maybe the name "Ghost" has some kind of connection.

It was tasty bud, I didn't set the picture up properly as I was ravenous and just wanted to destroy it. There was much chicken, prawns, and sausage within all that murky goodness

Met a old friend, food was going to take 35-45 minutes, didn't eat all day, so ordered the pretzel thinking the pretzel might come out early. It didn't, but was hungry. The cheese sauce and mustard sauce that came with the pretzel were really good. The mustard sauce was burning hot, just a lil dip will do ya.
