So my guess if you don’t like tilapia you don’t like catfish either then? I like all the ones you listed

Grouper, snapper and trout are excellent fish
Tilapia is consider to be chicken of the waters

acceptable, carp is good too

but look it like this, still water like lakes and a pond, the fish from there does not offer a whole lot nutrition; however, large bodies water and streams they do

Speaking of fish, I just had cod for lunch. Made it with a breadcrumb, butter, and herb crust. I mashed up a yellow potato with a good amount of butter. That lemon wedge is from one of my enormous mutant lemons from my tree.

Skip the butter try cottage cheese on them potatoes I never go back to butter.

I agree!! I could eat Chinese every day every meal!! Our fave Chinese restaurant my gf and I go to all the time has fried plantains that are to die for!!

I have used heavy cream and cream cheese in mashed potatoes. I'm n0t sure how I feel about curds in my mashed potatoes. I'm willing to try it.

When my son was little he always called Long John Silver's Long John's Silverfish. Nobody who lives near the ocean would eat there. There are too many good fish restaurants and fresh fish available. You can find LJS restaurants 100 miles inland.
