Forgot to post breakfast this morning. Bojangles Cajun Fillet Biscuit.
 
I'm doing a liquid diet day. In the morning I had a banana and (powdered) peanut butter shake made with almond milk. For lunch I had a glass of V8 with spirulina, as earlier mentioned. For dinner I am having a glass of water with beet powder. It looks like something Dracula might like but it actually tastes not bad. It's sweet because of the natural sugar content of the beets. Later tonight I'll have a green tea smoothie with spirulina and chia seeds. Steak tomorrow!
