Whats a good strong injection cleaner for a gasoline engine? there's alot out there, but not sure which one is the best,

i'd like one that goes into the gas tank, but something that attaches to the fuel rail is also something i'd use.

GM Upper Engine/Fuel Injector Cleaner and BG #210 are both meant for use in the fuel rail. Through the fuel rail is probably the only meaningful way of cleaning the injectors short of removing them and sending them off to be cleaned.

I can't vouch for "best", but Gumout Multi-System (in the can) is what I swear by. Has cleared up lots of issues in vehicles and lawnmowers. Every single time.

B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (part #0116) - https://bit.ly/3aSY87l & https://bit.ly/2ka3Iv3 & https://bit.ly/2ScKmpI
"Every time you park your car long enough for the engine to cool down the humidity levels in your engine will also change. When fuel tank “breathes” some of the fuel will oxidize and create a hard resin coating in your injectors. This caked-on coating is sometimes referred to as “varnish”." and "The good thing about Berryman’s product is that it’s solvent based whereas most other cleaners are detergent based."- Source: https://bit.ly/33cbdFN

B-12 as mentioned above, + LiquiMoly Jectron. It is suitable for carbed or fuel injection. Actually better than B-12 as far as I can tell.

Never played with a fuel rail cleaner however stp, Chevron and super tech injector cleaners never let me down

I am under the assumption that TCW3 2 cycle oil (one ounce per 5 gal of gasoline) would also clean injectors along with the valves. I use this in conjunction with Techron or Gumout Regane.

Never had any consistent luck and had more trouble with this stuff than improvements.

Best cleaner is a tank of fresh top-tier fuel. if that doesn't do it, you likely have other issues; like a contaminated 02 sensor or
a dirty MAF + a myriad other issues possibilities like ignition or an over oiled or occluded air filter - right out of the box.

I had a new Nissan QR25DE that killed its MAF due to a dripping wet in oil Factory air filter.

Took me a while to find THAT issue.

I've owned fuel injected vehicles since 1985, used Chevron gasoline and never had to clean injectors on any of them.
