My dad has been passing this down for my 3 siblings. Finally on the last one. They do quick lube places and pay "$30" so I'm assuming some sorta conventional and not changed regularly

M1 truck and SUV 5w30 and an M1-212 filter for my father in law’s F150 with only 67k miles. Mechanics suggested he move to a heavier oil to band aid the failing VTC (I think) solenoids, I suggested he buy a high mileage Toyota last year but ya know, “I’ve always had fords”.

Picked up two cases which is 2 jugs each of the Costco Kirkland full synthetic 5W 30 motor oil for the 22 Maverick EB. $15 a jug after instant savings
