About 3K on this HPL Euro 5W40. Just got done at track. 3x 20 min sessions. 90 ambient temp. Oil 270-280 for runs. This oil has 2 track days and an autocross all in hot summer temps. Will do another in Sept then change it.

Dipstick pics are hard to get depending on the color and style of the dipstick....here's oil color from all 5 of my vehicles.

A Walmart ecore Fram 3614 I got on the clearance aisle for a buck fifty. I think it is or was the basic filter for their TLE

It does feature a silicone ADBV

I just checked the Fram (I have more) and it is NOT ecore, I was mixing them up with the Supertechs I also picked up from the clearance aisle.

P.s, Toyota manual says to measure oil after fully warm engine and 5 min after that, just saying….

Initially after changing to an oil with good detergent and dispersant package the oil color could look dark. After 2nd (3rd) OCI then should look cleaner. Thinking about my PUP on the second change +5 months here.

3,000 miles on Mobil1 5W30

125,000 miles on the car (2016 Toyota Avalon). Just bumped up to the 5W30 from 0W20. Have done a few 10,000 mile intervals using Mobil1 0W20 EP. Now using regular Mobil1.

Now at 5,000

*93 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2l V6 - Mobil1 FS Euro 5w40/Fram Synthetic Endurance 1448 km on oil. Odometer is in km. Vehicle was assembled in Indiana, but came down to the states from Canada. I purchased it with a little under 200k km. I typically change on the 10's, which is ~ 6,250 miles.

*04 Honda Civic EX 1.7l L4 JDM D17A VTEC - Mobil1 Supercar 0w40/Fram Synthetic Endurance 3946 mi on oil. Original motor was toast around 200k miles. This is 1st oci on vehicle since JDM D17A engine swap. I'm very happy with how clean the motor is. Will use up the rest of my Mobil1 FS 5w40 for next oci at 205k miles, then switch both vehicles over to plain HPL PCMO 5w40 on the 10's, & keep it that way every 10k miles as David suggested for my situation. I was going to go no VII, but he told me I'd be throwing my $ away with anything more than the regular PCMO for my purposes.

My vote is for a fresh oil change. Even though the color on the dipstick does not indicate it needs changed.

Tacoma in signature, 187,000 odometer miles.
Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 with 3910 miles / 7 months on the oil.
Was still warm so the color is lighter than it would be cold.

2023 Mazda CX-30 with 2991 miles. The factory filled oil was drained at 1000 miled and refilled with Castrol Edge 0W-20

2021 Mercedes A220 with 27000 miles. Oil change was done at 25,000 miles using Castrol Edge Extended Performance 0W-20 (MB 229.71 approval) and Ceratec. There is no dip stick in this car and measurements are done digitally. It sucks because you don't get to see and smell the oil and you rely on a bunch of sensors. I prefer the dip stick.

2008 Mitsubishi Lancer ES wih only around 45000. The oil was used was Total Quartz Ineo MC3 5W-30 at 43500 miles.
