OP, do a compression test I believe you got lucky.

Honestly. If the car is running well, get a UOA done, to see what this fluke was.

Maybe the sensor malfunctioned one time.

Additives are supposed to be in solution with the oil. Don't ned to shake motor oil before pouring. Those you show are most likely metal.
