Tanzanian Peaberry. It's real good and smooth. I like the spice notes in Peaberries.
You know what Peaberries are right?

I'm on Rand roast #1111 if I numbered them
I think that is the right picture.

The Baratza Forte AP... ceramic flats that do extremely well for finer range grinding. What grinder did you get?
Dark Magic was one of our regulars for a while. We just finished up Black Granite. It wasn't bad.

I'm back to Major Peet's for kcups at the moment. For me, it is extremely consistent. I have so much coffee to go through, I don't know where to start. Trying to go my expiration dates. Peet's always have shortest time. I think they give ~6 months or less whereas others can be a few years.First time Smoother than I expected but not as dark as expected but better than other Green Mountain
Darn right. Long as I can get major Dickason blend like I did at Costco. Enjoying some Dickason now with the girlfriend. And watching Spenser for HireIt’s really hard to beat Peet’s on the commercial side in 2024.
Easily a leader in value for Nespresso #8,9,10 especially when on sale
Which variety?Made Eight O'Clock whole bean coffee in a French press. I carefully ground it using a burr grinder. The coffee was fresh, but not good.
I've had the same coffee years ago and it was very good, not this batch.
The Original.Which variety?
I’m with you. I have tried to like it and just can’t.The Original.
I like that blend from Peet's. I'd buy packages of 50 from eBay at a very good price.Single lungo draw with lemon zest and cream. More delicious than expected View attachment 198760
I vaguely remember the lemon from a cooking show, I think. I was dubious at first. I think the cream made it nice, but try without (first)I like that blend from Peet's. I'd buy packages of 50 from eBay at a very good price.
Your lemon zest technique is worth trying. I vaguely remember it from many years ago.
