"Old" packaging 20K miles. With 5K OCI's for me just marketing I assume. I'm going to use it.It almost certainly won’t be. As I posted, my stuff was only 2 months old and still had the old labeling and logo. I’d keep it either way.
Just received a bottle from my Walmart order, mine has the old label but the same production date? Is Y25038 not the date code?unicorn tears ,
somewhere VA ..

That’s nice to see it finally roll out. $25.97 is a very good price.Found the 25k variant on rollback at Walmart, good price. Valvoline EP was the same price.View attachment 274749
I agree, it’s a very good price for their top shelf oil. It makes it a very hard decision between Castrol Edge EP and Valvoline EP with the pricing being so similar. Before, the Valvoline EP was my go to for top shelf oil for the price. Hmmmmm, decisions decisions. That’s nice to see it finally roll out. $25.97 is a very good price.
Bump, thx.I just bought a Range Rover with an Ingenium P400 I6 with 37k on it.
Had its first oil change at 20k miles with Castrol Professional 0W-20 and it's second oil change at 37k with Mobile 1 0W-30 full synthetic the day before I bought it.
I'll be changing the oil every 5k, starting now with just 37,300 as I want to put the right oil in it.
The owners manual calls for 0W-20 with STJLR.03.5006 spec which this seems to meet.
So is this oil referenced in this thread the same thing as this this dealer oil?https://www.roverparts.com/engine/mo...VXZ2oUw4P43-tw
I'd bet it is, just a lot cheaper, but interested in others thoughts.
