I do not think the HTHS are "actual" values yet. I think that is the biggest missing info.
 
Well, that's a lot better than what they used to have for a PDS. The 0w30 HT/HS is off. Can't be 2.9 and be ACEA A3.
 
My understanding on HTHS is that Castrol only listed minimum acceptable for the grade. It's misleading because of the 0w-30's certifications it would have to be 3.5.

What exactly is new in this document? These specs have been available for a long time, including the useless HT/HS minimum values.
