Interesting to see a timing chain failure at 100k.

My father has one of these in his SHO and we like to keep the OCI's around 5k or less.

Yup. I can't speak to the PO, although the carfax indicates regular maintenance, but I run synthetic for 5k and have been for 25k miles... While the vehicle doesn't see long highway use it isn't a dedicated short tripper and generally sees full operating temp when out.

Nobody will bite.
Mechanical problems?
Most will run and realistically worth half a mechanically sound unit.
Price it right or trade it.
It's a commodity SUV in a world of SUVs without regard to what you have in it.
