Love kippers and anchovies. Best kippers are in the UK for breakfast!

Being a Swede, I love them all! Anything fish, especially smoked.
I used to like sardines in mustard sauce when I was a teen. I occasionally eat Sardines today as a treat, if my wife it out of the house as she cannot stomach the smell of canned fish (ex Tuna).

They are great on pizza for example, or a little in a prepared dish. No one just eats an anchovy or two
I love pretty much all little fishes and such, but avoid the China stuff
Yes, also sardines packed in olive oil, those with hot peppers or mustard sauce.
Great Portuguese market not too far away that has a whole isle full.

Kippers yes, Anchovies I find too salty.
There is a wonderful, real local restaurant here on the Cape, the Silver Lounge Restaurant, that offers soft anchovy butter with their hot rolls with dinner. Fantastic, but seems sort of a binary choice; love it or you just cannot stomach the thought.
As long as they are applied sparingly, I enjoy an anchovie pizza every once in a while.

A big hit here, but the wife leaves the house when I open a can. Here are some canned in Canada. I’m going to pick up a jar of herring tidbits. Thanks for the reminder.
Or whole anchovies, they dissolve to give depth of flavour.
Yes they are, but I think it's an acquired taste, like prosciutto.
