1986 Ford F-250 7.5 460 100k miles. What engine oil?

I have a 1986 Ford F-250 Lariat XLT with the 7.5 460 with a little over 100k miles. What oil should I be putting in it? The shop I brought it to put in 5W-30. I looked at a similar question on here and there were a few different answers such as 10W-30 or 10W-30 HM. Or even a 50/50 mix of 10W-30 + 15W-40 in the summer months if you go on a road trip.

I use 5-30 in mine, Thats what is on the filler cap also. Chevron Supreme has good numbers for additives. Cheap from Walmart. Mine uses oil so sometimes I buy what's on sale. Quacker State 5-30 is in my truck now. I buy semi-synthetic oil and it works fine. The 460 is not a fussy engine about what oil is in it.
