Why I mostly eat meat.

I'd love to know also. Of the three macronutrients, my deficit is most certainly protein. I get plenty of fats and carbohydrates but my ratios are screwed up. I don't think the average American diet is very nutritious.
I’m not saying I’m missing anything in my diet or would change it I’m just curious what he believes is a quality protein other than red meat no I’m not against red meat for quality protein.

I eat a lot of grilled meats including BBQ ribs, pork loin, beef tenderloin, ground beef, chicken wings and breasts. I also eat a lot of BLT's in season with my own cured and smoked bacon. I also like baked beans, potato salad and Cole slaw. I eat all kinds of foods including pizza and tacos. I am not too fussy about what I eat but I do try to walk 5 miles per day with my wife.

I eat a lot of fruit. Well, more specifically a lot of grapes. Well, more specifically a lot of grape juice. Well, more specifically fermented grape juice. Hey, it's fruit!
You would love to live up here in the Niagara region, there are 120+ wineries here! The one I visited yesterday was like being transported to a tropical paradise

I just feel better, that's all. On most days, I eat about a pound of ground beef grilled with some cheese, and a lot of fruit—things like oranges, pineapple, bananas, strawberries, etc. If I'm feeling a bit rich, I'll treat myself to some fresh sushi. Everything I eat comes from whole foods and is as organic and natural as possible, with little to no added sugar. I only drink water—no alcohol, soda, or caffeine.

I tried eating heavier pasta meals, but I just felt awful afterward. The same goes for vegetables. Most of my meals are low in grains and added sugar, and I even feel sluggish after eating eggs.

How about you guys? Do you mostly stick to meat in your meals?
