On the Mobil 1 website it says the best place to purchase the 5w-50 weight is at car dealerships so I was wondering if anyone out there knows if a specific car brand would always have it.

There`s a place on their website where you choose an oil, then put in your zipcode, and it`ll show a list of dealers in your area within a certain mile range.

I dunno from 5W50 M-1, but I can tell you for a fact that certain Hyundai dealers will put 10W-40 recycled dino swill in your Hyundai the factory want 5W20 in if that's what the Castrol recycler is pushing into his tank this week.

all the more reason to do own OC.

back to topic - we are lucky to have M1 5w-50 on the shelves at a local bulky goods store. for 10w-30 and 0w-40 you need to go to the aftermarket car stores though.
