Some chicken breasts marinated in buttermilk and ground cayenne pepper and bread crumbs. Already ate 2. Rest will be breakfast or snack. Glass of local farm/dairy 3% buttermilk. Yes, I’m strange

I'm eating similar things every day although I vary and rotate the ingredients. It's not worth posting every single meal, you've seen it before. Like this one: pork, zucchini, mushrooms, and egg. Terrible image quality, too. IMGUR does something to the images' colors and curves, probably due to some terrible compression algorithm.

Basically Irish mashed potatoes.

My method is super simple.

Roast the heck out of the small red or white boiling potatoes in the air fryer while:

Sauteing three small rough cut sweet onions until well browned, then throw in half a head of chopped cabbage, cook pretty well, with a whiff of broth. Then mix some buttermilk, half-half, sour cream to make around 3/4 cup liquid give or take. Turn heat down.

Take potatoes out and put sausages in air fryer

Quickly just smash each potato on a plate and throw it in the cabbage and onions, mix, salt and pepper. Turn heat off, pour in liquid mix, stir. Should still be piping hot and bubble and squeak, then throw browned sausages on top. Serve.
 
Can’t stand mild heat: don’t eat the stuff. It actually is helping me and I don’t go nuts using the stuff.

That's how I saw it. If I was in person with someone and they chowed down some hot peppers, I'd probably say something like "Wow, your crazy man" meaning I can't believe you can and did that, because I couldn't.
