Watery slop. Herring, pickled eggplant in olive oil, and a grated cuke with miso-sesame dressing. Also a smoked brat on the side I'll also have a little beef curry in a short while.

Packaged grated cheese?
You have no.idea what people put in my fridge. Since I'm not one to dump food I don't have a choice other than to eat it.
In curry?
That's a thing. There's even official cheese curry - Indian and Japanese varieties. That one tablespoon of cheese blends right in.

A cousin thrice removed perhaps. Grandpa insisted Charles Earl Boles aka Black Bart was dangling from our illustrious family tree.
 
Seeing as it was my day off and the weather was great. Made some ribs. There are also some chicken breast and steak filets on the grill as we speak.

Man so I love ribs. Did a simple sea salt, pepper and onion powder brine over night. Then some Traeger chicken rub while on the grill. Then wrapped in foil with some apple/peach and lemon juice. Finished on the gas grill. These are even better than last time!
