Well for sure paneer is real, but that's whole different cube of cheese. Delicious for sure.

The Japanese often dump cardboard parmesan on their curry. The hair just melts into the curry. I'm not a picky eater.

Seeing as it was my day off and the weather was great. Made some ribs. There are also some chicken breast and steak filets on the grill as we speak.

Man so I love ribs. Did a simple sea salt, pepper and onion powder brine over night. Then some Traeger chicken rub while on the grill. Then wrapped in foil with some apple/peach and lemon juice. Finished on the gas grill. These are even better than last time!

my MIL makes a delicious curry chicken that uses cheese.

And then of course there’s the paneer dishes. Saag, masala, chaat, etc.
