Well, you've been a super taster since - I don't know when. Was it a horrible pine nuts incident? Unbridled heat would be just numbing your delicate sense of subtlety and refinement.

Halloumi cheese salad. Never had halloumi cheese before, had to google it.

Good cheese, recommended.

2 hard boiled eggs, half avocado and kale and spinach salad with cherry tomatoes and oil and vinager from Three Rivers Oil Company next town over. Black hot tea

I bought this about 2 weeks ago on WM clearance & it has those guajillo pepers in it. It's like a general sauce & the kick isn't terrible but you feel it & that is probably the pequin peppers in this too. Siete brand sells bagged chips. It went well with some rice & mayo. (y)

Right now I'm eating a Chocolate Fudge Pop Tart.
My inner-self told me as a young child that I would live to be 83. It came from my Guardian Angel Owen.
I have 11 more years to go and won't make it at this rate. Excuse me while I take my Xarelto atrial-afib ablation pill.

Dinner this evening will feature baked Chicken Breast, Ben's Original Wild Rice and sliced carrots.
Most likely two kinda' small ice cream sandwiches for dessert. We will watch a Friday episode of Blue Bloods while eating.

Then I always take my Losartan blood pressure pill. The first one Atenolol gets taken after getting out of bed in the early AM.
11 more years to go. Thank Goodness I neither drink or smoke anymore. Gave them-up at 52 years-old..... 20 years ago.

Makes a snausauge a bit tired but alas juicy at the end

USA made Irish banger. I think way too meaty to qualify as a banger on the other side of the pond
