Well played mister, nothing I don't like hereMade some stuffed peppers from some Hungarian wax, cherry, jalapeño and Romanian peppers. Threw in one bell to use up the filling. Dad grew all in his garden.
Put about a 1/2 tsp of my homemade hot chili sauce in each pepper then stuffed with a mixture of 3 hot Italian sausage links, block of cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, shredded Colby Jack, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, pepper and crushed red pepper. Topped with some Italian seasoning.
Baked for about an hour at 350 covered.
Delicious. Enjoyed them with some toasted deli Italian.
