Room temp is fine by me.
Wife needs EVERYTHING heated.
I like cold pie, cake, bread, etc well not cold breads from the fridge, but yeah room temp
2 full eggs and add 200to225 grams yes I weigh them every morning off egg whites so yes about 6to7 eggs every morning.
I do two whole eggs and a cup and a half cartoned whites.
My finished product looks much paler than yours due to the egg white dilution.

Like hard boiled eggs on a Cobb salad but in my case I like room temp Frittata cubed up on a Caesar or Spinach salad or whatever.
Try it the flavour is more pronounced at room temp
I'd let something like this come down to room temp after a few hours on the counter.

Nothing exciting here lol. Two McChicken sandwiches. I asked for the crispy ones but dad thought they were the same. The McCrispy ones are so much better but these will do. Doesn’t look very good but they are alright. Had to get something at the fast food place because the niece and nephews are over and we all can’t go places since I won’t drive unless I absolutely have too.
