Garam Masala: I'm not eating it just yet, but I made a batch at a friend's home a while ago with the intent of using it in a recipe for butter chicken. However, this is the first batch of GM that I've made, and there are some other ideas I want to try. I suppose you can say that I'm developing a recipe for butter chicken and this is the first step.
