Combustion temperature may be lower but you’re claiming the engine runs cooler? Has the thermostat failed?

Also, combustion heat isn’t the number one contributor to the oil heat.

He has tune that keeps oil temperature in 180’s.

No. Run something MB229.5 and Porsche A40. Mobil1, Motul, Pennzoil. Do UOA to see where you at.

Thanks for the recommendation - I got some Pennzoil Platinum euro 5w40 since oil needed to be changed. i'll send off a sample after the first interval.
