Tesla Full Self Driving (FSD)

This wasn't FSD. The driver having a medical episode pressed hard on the pedal.

I get that you don't like FSD. That doesn't mean you need to be intentionally dishonest.
You don’t get it. It should have seen objects and put on the brakes. Neither of my two modern cars would have allowed this to happen. I have never tried however.

I'm talking about the story you posted that in the link that I commented on. It had nothing to do with FSD.

Every story on a Tesla doing something weird is an automatic hit piece on Tesla. You don't hear these stories about other cars, yet the same things happen with other cars too.

Go try it in your cars and see how it works out since you're so sure it will work and you haven't tried it. We'll wait for the report.

For all we know the person shut the feature off. The option is in the menu. It has to be done every time the car is turned on. You can do the same in VW/Audi products as well, I've done it.

I could put tape in front of the all sensors, or pull an abs speed sensor. Either one will probably shut down most of the safety systems. It still doesn’t get around the fact that Tesla needs to do better and the number of videos of them hitting things like the last one I posted could be avoided. Having radar wouldn’t hurt. The only reason Tesla gets hit on stories like this is because Elons ridiculous claims about safety.
