Straight 30 non detergent in compressors. Not often but sometimes HD-30 in the lawn mower. Non detergent 30 to moisten foam air cleaners.Was talking to real dad other day. I remember driving with Super Swampers in the winter when my Jeep was still street legal. Those bias were out of round for about 5 miles until they heated up a bit. Made for a fun start.I'm also old enough to remember getting a choice in bias ply or those newfangled radial tires too.
I use 30wt in my Silverado during the summer months.
I don't think monogrades have all the proper add packs for car engines since there is not huge market for them. Could be wrong.

I run straight 30 in my generator and I’m thinking about running it in my new side by side that specs sae30, 5w30,10w30 or 15w40 based on lowest temperatures you operate it in.Was talking to real dad other day.
