Searching for a classic/vintage bike. Help me pick one

The KZ is now safe and sound in my garage ready for me to pick over her during the winter. I am actually going to get a plan together to go over everything. I had an Alfa Romeo Spyder a few years ago that all I did is tore it apart and bought parts. Wife got fed up and I sold it at a substantial loss. Not looking to make this old timer a showroom piece but something that everyone will like looking at.

I'd give a lot to get a mid 60s Honda Super Hawk 305.
Had a 1973 Yamaha RD350. Shoulda kept that one too.
I presently have a 1985 Yamaha Vmax. Bought that one new. I guess I got my antique bike the hard way.. Bought it new and waited.

something really rare, a head turner, Honda VF1000R, big V4 loads of low down power, Laverda Jota, or Mirage

Found an old (1956) military Triumph in a barn and am now about 1/2 way through a restoration. Lotsa fun doing this.

I did the Honda a few years ago, the Suzuki I did in 2008 / 2009. I was a little disappointed in the availability of OEM Honda parts (Things like gaskets / seals etc...) compared to what is still available for the Suzuki, even today.
