Cause Jaso MB has nothing to do with a wet clutch, but some wet clutch graphs use it just to show the negative frictional characteristic for a wet clutch.
Jaso MB ratings are seen mostly seen with car oils, Ive only seen one MB rated mc oil about 15 years ago, it was Redline oil to be used in a Harley.

Oh boy, I just red through most of this thread and my head is spinning. It the T6 5w40 a good oil for my Suzuki Ozark and King Quad? Both quads call for 10w40. Thanks.

Probably good enough. If you have some lying around, try it. Why not try the 15w40? Are you starting in the severe cold on a regular basis? If so you might consider the T5 10w30.
