I recently purchased the same product but one thing that had me wondering was, wouldn't pumping out the oil have a negative effect in terms of not being able to pump out all the potential residue (metals, etc) at the bottom of the oil pan?

Picked up some Ecogard filters and some Supertech 5W-30 for sons Santa Fe. Also picked up some Castrol Edge 0W-20 for Mazdas next oil change.

Picked up 2 more 12 qts boxes of supertech full syn.

One box 0w20 and the other 5w20

This was the only time I saw the 5w20 on clearance.

At one Walmart the prices reflected the clearance price but weren't marked clearance like other stores and one didn't have any oil on clearance at all

At least they made the effort to make it right, the missing media from a poor manufacturing process was an eye opener for sure though.

That's a really old pic of the Castrol Edge EP. It mentions Titanium and it only guarantees 15k instead of 20k.

Getting rid of my 20 weight by mixing with heavier stuff. I have an extra 5qt jug of 0w20 PUP, so I bought 2qts of Platinum Euro 5w40. I also have 4qts of Castrol Edge EP 5w20 so I bought 2qts of Castrol Edge 5w50.
