I retuned several quarts of misc. oil (Mobil 1, Syntec Blend & Quaker State dino) today at Walmart and exchanged it for 5 quarts of Pennzoil Platinum.

I noticed that the bottles say it is a new formual with adaptive molecules. This sounds like marketing at its best.

What are they talking about?

I would have preferred to see a UOA consisting of Castrol Syn-Blend, Mobil-1 and Quaker State dino combined.

Pennzoil claims they are molecules that can break apart and reform to fit where they need to fit instead of just shearing. Their web site says it "sounds like science fiction but is true."

As I previously stated, I was at Walmart, not Schucks.

I did top off the 4Runner's Syntec Blend with some Maxlife I had sitting around. I think it was just under a half quart.

I bought a 4.4l jug of pennzoil at wal mart for 7.00 canadian

I might be able to exchange it for a different oil at a regular price? It's not marked
