Nope. My Snap-On one does though.
That looks like a Drager branded gauge I had many years ago, except mine was satin black powdercoated, and did not have a hose.
Probably was made in the same factory though.

There is a lot to be said for traditional hand finished quality from a company who prides itself on craftsmanship and individual testing of each item with someone signing off on the job.
A maximum of +-1% at PSI max is fantastic on such a wide scale
I buy the best tools and they have never let me down. I pay a lot for them but there is a pride in ownership that is immeasurable.
Some people would call me crazy for buying $50 spark plug sockets with calibrated magnets to limit their pull to just before the socket pulls off the extension but holds the plug in any position.

I bought a cheap Accu-Gauge from Sears last week, it's within 1/2 PSI compares with my Digital gauge, and the Digital gauge is right on compares with America's Tire gauge.
For everyday driving 1/2 to 1 PSI accuracy is a wash.

If you want accuracy, use a wider (bigger) scale...
My tires use a max of 44 PSI, that's also 300 KPA.
