I would suggest that you request from the manufacturer the results to the following tests: (1) Intake Valve Deposit (IVD) Cleanup using the ASTM D5500 Simulated Cycle, (2) Combustion Chamber Deposit (CCD) Cleanup using the ASTM D5500 Simulated Cycle, and (3) US06 Fuel Economy Increase using the ASTM D5500 Simulated Cycle. They should be able to provide BMW 318 and/or Ford 2.3L cleanup results for these three categories, as they are the most commonly-used test mules.
They should also be able to provide you with PFI and DI injector flow increase data, post-clean.
When it comes to fuel stabilization, they should be able to provide you with ASTM D525 results.
If they can't provide you with these types of test results, this should tell you something. If they can provide you with these types of test results, then you can use them to compare how the product performs versus others.
This is the process by which you can go about objectively finding the better/best cleaner/stabilizer.
