I run the Jurid version of these pads on our German fleet. They're dusty for sure, but their feel and performance is outstanding; and brown dust, not black dust.
Brake dust, to a point, is a non-issue for me. I even take may wheels off twice a year to thoroughly clean the barrels, hubs, and flanges. Brake dust is part of the game, and is usually a trait of something in a higher performing product category.
One of my first jobs as a teen was at a full service Mobil station; oil changes, tune-ups, brakes, etc. This is '69 or '70. Most cars on the road still had drum brakes. When we inspected brakes we used compressed air to blow out the brake dust.
Unlike disk brakes that vent dust to the open, drum brakes captured it all. And this was back in the day of asbestos brake linings. When we air blasted those brakes the entire service area will fill with a huge cloud of dust. We loved the smell and would purposely breathe it in!
