So far, I feel it is kinda bitter. Will mess around with strength. I did 9 scoops for 10 cups which is what I use for Peet's medium roasts. For their dark roasts, I do 8 scoops. They recommend 2 scoops per cup but that is A LOT of coffee and my brewer can't handle that amount.

Very mellow. Light, but oddly no weird aftertaste that I detected. Not espresso, agree. Not terrible is what I am saying.
