We really like the Gevailia and buy it when we get a sale.

Our daily driver, which is really good, is Target brand. Inexpensive and makes a very good cup of coffee.

While you're at Target, get a bag of their house brand also. My wife and I really like it for a daily driver.

Yes, Good and Gather. The K-Cups are under Market Pantry. We buy those too. Both really good.

Brewed a batch of the above Kenya AA in the Technivorm. First time I have witnessed coffee still blooming at the end of the cycle. I'm guessing that it needs to rest a few more days. My phone was upstairs so I didn't run to get it.

Roasted the day of the order. That's why its blooming like crazy. Roasted last Wednesday.

What’s the roast level, would you say, on a scale of 1 (light) to 10 (dark)?

The coffee from Old Bisbee tend to be dark roasted. I would rate the Kenya AA a 7-8 on the darkness scale. Not real oily but dark.

French Pressed the last of my TIM Horton's red bag that has been opened for a month or so, in the Air Scapes vacuum storage device. Still smooth as a baby's bottom.
