Those look like they have a few calories, my Lady Friend would love that.
No sugar in the coffee 3 Nespresso shots over ice

1 oz 30 ml of half half 40 calories

Cocoa/inulin/heavy cream powder 15 calories max

Whipped cream 15 calories

So I’m guessing less than 100 calories conservative maximum

If more sweet needed use whole earth sweetener or the like

@Pablo

Details on this? Is this a mix you created?
yes I actually had made a thread about it, but have since tweaked the recipe ratios

1/2 (50%) organic cacao powder
1/4 (25%) inulin
1/4 (25%) heavy cream powder

Just gently mix and store in a mason jar. I make a quart jar. Basically it's my everyday mix.

In the iced coffee above I just put a small teaspoon in a cafe lungo cup (larger espresso cup) and did the three espresso shots right in the same cup and the chocolate dissolves with the inulin and cream and then poured that mix over the ice and dumped the shot of shaken/whipped half-half in (and took what is the second picture) then stirred and threw the whip cream on top

That sounds pretty good. I’ll have to give it a shot. Thanks for the info.

I'll chime in, I was a state worker for 15 years and this is my favorite flavor of choice. This was supplied to in the break room for 15 years and I am a die hard Folgers and Coffee-Mate drinker. I will indulge in a cappuccino if I'm out and about somewhere. Enjoy!

I usually go to Barista's downtown for a blended toasted almond. On Sundays, I go to Central Coffee downtown for an iced sugar-free vanilla latte.

Currently at home, it's Seattle's Best - Henry's Blend, over ice with 1-1/2 fingers of generic caramel macchiato creamer. Seattle's Best and Early Riser are the only affordable coffees at the grocery store anymore. The price of Peet's has almost doubled in the past few years.

I have a small 6-Cup maker.. I can make it strong, but up to a point because the water will blast into the filter and scatter the coffee grains a bit which will make it into the pot..

I figured out that cold water out of the fridge brews slower preventing the water blasting..

Don't know if it's placebo, but today's coffee was great with the slower brew.
