Bending over would be deluxe service...a fool and his money (so they say).

And to think Floyd Mayweather owns three. If I were him, I would drive them evenly so they are all due for service around the same time. Then he might get a quantity discount. Lets say $19,995 per oil change?

I was going to ship my 89 Cavalier back to the Lordstown Factory for service but they switched over to making the Chevy Cruze. As a side note, I saw a video of how they make the Veyron. The engine assembly area is as clean as a hospital operating room and the engine parts are delivered in padded suitcases to the two mechanics.

I know the Veyron is 1200HP, but a new Corvette Z06 has 650HP and uses 5W-30 Mobil 1 with an AC Delco PF64 oil filter.

And this affects you how? This is just a guess on my part, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't currently own a Bugatti nor are you ever likely to own a Bugatti (or any other supercar). Therefore you're getting your panties in a twist over something that has absolutely no impact on you whatsoever and never will.

The criticism needs to stop Pop.

I was going to check my kids piggy banks for cash for the down payment, but I won't let the French service my vehicles, so Buggies is OUT!

Expecting Floyd Mayweather to think and then plan is too much to ask.

I'd take it down to Sears.

$19.99 with the coupon....

Slap a set of Roadhandlers on it while I'm in there.

Problem solved!!!

A common practice among McLaren owners is to air ship their car back to the factory for proper service.

Man !! wow…..I believe you, I just find it hard to believe.

I was at a petrol station once, and a Maserati pulled in. An old lady got out, walked around the car once looking at it, then asked me to help her put petrol in it, as she didn't know how to do it.

Wonder what standard service is?

Standard service is new brake rotors, new pads, top off all fluids, change transmission and engine oil, rebuild engine, rebuild transmission, recover interior seats with new leather and replace carpet with new carpet.

And a French gal (or guy if that's your preference) in the VIP waiting room to serve you red wine and baguettes, as well as take care of any other...urges...you might have at that time.
"What do you mean the service is done already?!?!?! You go clean that intercooler with a dental pick and give the car a massage for at least two more hours!!! Now, where were we, mon cheri??"
;^)

Meh.... Jiffy Lube will do it for $39.99 or even less if you bring in a coupon.

HA!
You are absolutely right, my incredible googling skills tell me that "ma cherie" would be appropriate for a woman.
I learned my new thing today, I'm going home!

Floyd just buy some ultra exotic Swedish supercar, the Koenigsegg CCXR for $4.8M. That's absurdly priced even by Veyron standards. I wonder what it costs for an oil change on that thing.

This is what happens when most of our French language education was from Pepe Le Pew cartoons.

I got most of my German from Hogans Heros, and it did me no good when I was in Berlin.
