Any oils with these specs?

CJ-4 Delvac 1 ESP 5w-40 was a magnesium package; I can't say about the current version. With respect to Noack, that's anyone's guess.

I was interested in T6 because it was considered a go-to oil for turbo Subarus on subaruforester.org and NASIOC, luckily the PQIA had taken a look at it. Was not interested after seeing their analysis.

AFAIK, T6 is still considered a go-to oil among turbo Subie guys.
I'm surprised that this oil is that volatile. I would have expected a lower evaporative loss rate from it.
