Got all these people telling me that one teaspoon of sugar in the raw with a 6oz cup of coffee is killing me. That carbs like bread are killing me. That dairy is killing me.

What are they eating. "healthy" foods like baked goods that are sugar free and gluten free. Gawd only knows what kind of chemicals they had to use to make that alcohol sugar that sweetened it and strip the gluten from the wheat to make wheat starch.

And this attack on staple grains. C'mon! Seriously. Wheat is the staple grain of Europe and Africa as rice is to Asia and corn is to the new world. But now all three grains that civilizations were built upon are "unhealthy"

1% milk has less of a wormy smell & taste than Skim.

Ever try Land-O-Lakes Hot Cocoa mix in the packet?

I actually prefer the taste of UHT milk over flash-pasteurized. I'm weird that way.

I'm sure I'd find LoL Hot cocoa mix too sweet. I have to make my hot cocoa from scratch with pure non-alkalized cocoa powder or chocolate liquor.

2% or whole milk only in our family. Skim tastes like grey colored water to us. We consume 6 4L (1 USgal) jugs every 2 weeks, none of us have health problems and all are perfect weight. Everything in moderation is the key along with getting out and doing work/exercise. We don't have soda pop or potato chips or other junk food in our house though. We do partake of it once in a while, but usually once every 2-3 months.
