UAE and N.A don t at least not fully yet.
So the BMW TPT LL01 is mainly meant for export (requested by other countries which are included in the European market despite not being part of continental.Europe).
For Gasoline, the recent geopolitical events disturbed fuel logistics and unless gasoline is sulfur free worldwide I think they will still make ll01 in Germany to supply annexed dealerships.
