You guys working in Gastonia

I have observed that we have a couple of fellows who work for a large filter company in Gastonia. My question to you guys. If you were doing 3-5K fluid and filter changes what would you go for?

I can get a Napa Silver for $2.50ish, the Nascar Select for $3.50ish, and the Napa gold for $5.50ish, and the Wix for $6ish--which in your opinion is the best bang for the buck?

What is the deal with the "spin flow" NASCAR select filters? Gimmick, or real science?

As an Engineer, I realize that marketable ideas do not necessarily provide as great of a performance advantage as advertising/marketing people would lead you to believe.

Is that the case here?

I'm not a Wix employee, but I can say that I am pretty sure that the NAPA Gold product is the same product as the Wix labeled oil filters.
