Would you consider Valvoline Restore and Protect in your Euro car?

A good example is one of the most commonly available brands at Walmart. You can look up the KV if you wish.

I know you've struggled with the concept of the winter rating in the past, what it means and what it doesn't mean. Hope this helps.
It would take fewer characters to answer the question.

In a European spec of 3.5hths or more, better off using BG EPR, LM Engine Flush, or High Performance Engine Cleaner with a stout A3 B4, Redline HP Euro. If I had to run VRP, it would be 5w30 with a bottle of Schaeffer's Moly EP 132 to try and get in the 40 range. No goosing it, just simple old lady driving, no track and no speeding. Maybe adding a qt of 30wt HD to help get the hths up. So in a 5 qt sump after a pre oil flush, 4 qts vrp 5w30, 1 pint moly ep 132, other pint sae 30HD from Valvoline or Napa.
