Will Mobil & SOPUS Develop R&P Equivalent ?

Just a guess but I think HPL could remove piston deposits based on @OVERKILL finding carbon after using Mobil 1, which at first I did not believe (not that I didn't believe OVERKILL but that Mobil 1 left stuff behind).

I think when Valvoline is saying no other oil can do this, it's based on the dry off shelf oils. Dry as in little ester/solvency. If HPL has as much AN/Ester as some say then its certainly possible HPL could remove existing piston deposits over time. Amsoil SS too.
But did not happen on my 5.3L with either product behind M1.
Perhaps engines have a greater role …

I have never seen any evidence olive oil is not a great lubricant. It may be superior. Italian race cars used olive oil exclusively in the 1930s before they switched to inferior dinosaur oil for cost savings. Makes the exhaust smell nice too. Olive oil cleans out arteries, makes sense it cleans up pistons too. With a good supply of olive trees, an olive press, and a diesel Mercedes, there is no need to buy lubricant or fuel from evil corporations who only want your money.
My dog got into a bowl of olive oil we set out on the table. It suffered from HSBE. Hoping the new spec olive oils solve the high speed bowel evacuation issues.
